ITEM DESCRIPTION:
This includes all of the following:
- $120: First Week Membership Payment
- $120 One Time Security Deposit (Refundable when giving 2 weeks notice + cleaning area, etc.)
- $30: One Time Background Safety Check: We are only checking for violent, sexual, and arson based felony convictions in order to do our best to ensure that we only accept those who are not a danger to the house.
TOTAL: $270 in person (or $288.90 online)
*** Our normal payment day at 4th Dimension is every Thursday. So if you are paying on a different day we will prorate your first week and apply any leftover credit to the following week(s) as applicable.
